Can only propose two solutions for an idea????

I really hope I'm doing something wrong here...
I've finally got IdeaTorrent (v0.9.1) running.
It looks pretty.
To test it, I submitted an Idea, along with a Solution.
Then I submitted another idea, for which I have four Solutions in mind.
The first two solutions went in fine. But when I typed in the third and pressed "Propose your solution", nothing happened! This third solution fails to be displayed, along with the first two. The system seems to think there are only two solutions.
What's going on?
Have to wait 5 minutes between solutions...???
dw2cco — Mon, 12/21/2009 - 01:08I found the answer to the question I just posed. There's a small message (that's very easy to overlook) at the top of the screen:
"To prevent spam, there is a 5 minutes minimum interval between each solution submission. Please wait."
I've got two comments:
1.) This message is easy to miss
2.) Can there be an option to disable this timeout, and to allow administrators other ways to cope with spam (eg more careful control of who can sign into the system in the first place)?
