One of the major things I always run into when thinking about using a new tool is finding someone who is familiar enough with the product to efficiently install and setup the product. In the past I have thought about asking for qualified individuals to help but have run into issues with policies prohibiting the "marketing" of developers or jobs.

As far as the community surrounding Ideatorrent goes would it be possible/acceptable to start either a thread (or better forum sub-forum) which can be used to advertise jobs and resumes of people familiar with Ideatorrent?

I understand this is a complex topic and so figured I would ask before treading inappropriately into posting a "help wanted" advertisement.

Thanks for any thoughts, comments or "rulings" on this.
